the hotel location is near the train station, a convenience i found acceptable.
the air conditioning did not work in my room. i moved to another room thinking the issue was isolated. that room also had malfunctioning air conditioning. the temperature was very uncomfortable, i ended up using a wet flannel to sleep.

i noticed the bathroom sink was positioned somewhat high for optimal comfort.

Early check-in was approved because my room was prepared. I liked the parking facilities. Housekeeping staff did a great job. I found them kind.
The bed felt uncomfortable. There was only one blanket for the bed. The frosted glass bathroom door design seemed like a bad choice. It did not offer much privacy.

the underground carpark was acceptable and very handy. nothing to complain about there.
The air conditioning did not work properly. i set it to cool, but it only blew out warm air. cologne was experiencing very high temperatures, so it was uncomfortable to sleep. It was a shame.
